Data Processing Agreements 

If you are a CHS Vendor that processes data on our behalf, we may require that you enter into appropriate data processing and information security agreements. If our Data Privacy team or your business contact has indicated that these documents need to be completed, the pertinent agreements are linked below and ready for signature in accordance with the following instructions.

1. To complete this DPA, you must populate the applicable areas and sign the DPA signature boxes as the Processor or Data Importer.
2. Send the completed and signed DPA to your CHS Relationship Manager.
3. If you have any questions or concerns please email your CHS Relationship Manager or CHSPrivacyImpact@CHSinc.com

Privacy Data Security Addendums

Referenced in the DPA are our technical Privacy and Security requirements.  When agreeing to our DPA you are also agreeing to the terms within.
