Manager, POS Applications and Products

Starting his career in 2015 as the POS Applications and Product Manager for the CHS Payment Solutions Team, Don brings a unique background of product management, process improvement, and marketing coordination to develop solutions that fit our merchant’s needs.  He has over 15 years’ experience working for multiple consulting firms in many diverse industries, where he learned the importance of balancing people, process, and technology to meet business needs.

Expertise

Don prides himself on balancing the needs of merchants, all while ensuring payment card compliance and regulatory requirements are being met. His extensive knowledge of technology and security helps him work with his teams to build solution stacks that are robust yet functional for their everyday demands of customers.

Fact

Don is an avid runner and mountain biker, but most of all loves spending time with his wife and two girls -- outdoors as much as possible. He enjoys any opportunity to get out on the water, especially at the family cottage in Wisconsin with family and friends during the summer.
