Cenex^® Gift Cards for Gallons

TERMS

• Promotion period is November 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026. Redemption form claim deadline is March 31, 2026. No exceptions.
• Qualifying Cenex® branded products include: Irriflex®, Maxtron® DEO, Maxtron® Enviro-EDGE®, Maxtron® GL, Maxtron® THF+, MP Gear Lube, Qwiklift® HTB®, Superlube 518®, and Superlube TMS®.
• Printed receipt(s) or invoice(s) must include qualifying Cenex® branded product name, and volume must be legible. For example, "15W-40" will not be accepted. Handwritten tickets will not be accepted.
• Offer is void if end-user customer participates in any CHS pricing program.
• Recipient emails with @chsinc.com or dealer names will be denied.
• Sales to CHS entities, Cenex dealers, and redistributors do not qualify for this promotion.
• Only one e-gift card retailer can be selected per submission form.
• Physical gift cards are no longer an option.
• After submitting the redemption form, the approval process may take up to 8 weeks. Once approved, the e-gift card will be sent directly to the email address you provided.
• If a submission is denied, the submitter will have until April 15, 2026, to resubmit the corrected documentation.
• Retail gift cards do not expire. VISA® gift cards expire within 12 months of issue date as specified by the issuer and as detailed on the e-gift card. Expired e-gift cards will not be replaced.
• E-gift cards are delivered to the customer's email provided on the form.
• E-gift card issues or status questions must be reported to lubricantsgiftcards@chsinc.com by May 31, 2026, to be eligible for re-issue. Reported issues made after June 1 will not be fulfilled.
• Cenex Lubricants reserves the right to change or discontinue this promotion at any time.
• Cenex Lubricants reserves the right to request further documentation with respect to any redemption request.
• Cenex Lubricants reserves the right to deny any redemption requests, or cancel any issued gift cards, for any reason, as determined in its sole discretion.
